Yoga Strength

Focus: Functional Movement & Stability This class moves beyond traditional yoga by incorporating light hand weights and resistance loop bands to challenge your muscles in new ways. Grounded in exercise science, we focus on strengthening the hips, glutes, and upper body to support better posture and daily longevity.

 

Best for: Increasing bone density and building functional "real-world" strength in a low-impact environment.

Yoga Pilates

Focus: Core Control & Deep Recovery This session combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with mindful yoga stretching. We target the "powerhouse" (abs, back, and pelvic floor) to improve balance and spinal stability. Every class concludes with restorative stretching using blocks and straps to release tension.

 

Best for: Improving posture, reducing back discomfort, and building a rock-solid core.

Yoga

Focus: Mobility & Mindful Flow

This accessible class offers a steady, rhythmic pace designed to build both strength and confidence. While catering to all levels, it emphasizes foundational poses and proper alignment within a continuous flow to improve mobility and reduce stress. Each session provides expert guidance and personalized modifications, ensuring a well-balanced practice that leaves participants feeling energized and focused.
