A balanced blend of Pilates precision and yoga flow designed to strengthen your core while restoring your body.

Focus: Core Control & Deep Recovery

This session combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with mindful yoga stretching. We target the "powerhouse" (abs, back, and pelvic floor) to improve balance and spinal stability. Every class concludes with restorative stretching using blocks and straps to release tension.

 

Best for: Improving posture, reducing back discomfort, and building a rock-solid core.
