With 20 years of experience as an Exercise Specialist and fitness professional, I am dedicated to helping individuals move with confidence, strength, and ease. My approach is grounded in a degree in Exercise Science and a deep commitment to the mechanics of human movement. Whether leading group fitness classes or working one-on-one, my goal is to make wellness accessible, sustainable, and tailored to the person standing in front of me.

My expertise is built on the foundations of Yoga and Mat Pilates, utilizing these disciplines to focus on functional wellness. I prioritize building "real-world" strength, improving mobility, and fostering core stability. Whether you are navigating a new fitness journey, returning after a break, or looking to maintain your independence and vitality as you age, I provide expert guidance that respects your body’s unique needs.

In every session, I emphasize proper alignment and mindful movement. I take pride in offering a welcoming environment where participants feel supported through personalized modifications and clear, professional instruction. Fitness is a lifelong journey, and I am here to help you build the foundational strength and balance necessary to enjoy a healthy, active life.
